Watch Kennewick Burglar Break Glass and Steal [VIDEO]

This is a case of smash and grab...and grab again. Kennewick Police report that a business located on Edison in Kennewick was broken into and the whole thing is caught on camera. He breaks in once, but then, according to police, returns wearing a different jacket and takes some more loot. I'm  not sure what's up with the alarm system in this business as I thought for sure the police would be there before he would even think of returning. And what's up with the change of outerwear? Was that second jacket under the first and he just got too warm? Or is he trying to throw the cops off by making them think there was a second guy? Either way, KPD would like your help in identifying this punk.
