Woman Misreads Lottery Ticket, Goes On Ill-Advised Shopping Spree

I play the lottery every chance I get. But after the numbers are drawn, I never trust myself. I take my ticket in to a retailer and have them check it. Wouldn't you? Well, a woman from France did not. She thought she had won, so she went crazy, bouncing checks and racking up nearly $6,000 worth of bills.Reports say that the French woman was taken to jail on fraud charges. She explained that she thought she had won the lottery. Her lotto ticket was only off by one number. Boy, that one number counts a whole heck of a lot.
