Yakima Needs a Place that Serves Authentic Nashville Hot Chicken

Looking back through my photo feed on my phone as most do, I saw this photo I took when I was in the south while ago. I ordered two-piece and a biscuit with mac 'n cheese on the side as well as a local IPA. It was a meal I'd love to do all over again.

This place happened to be in South Carolina but I know it's something that can be recreated in Yakima.

To state what's probably the obvious, I know that KFC does their own version of Nashville Hot Chicken, but it's not exactly the same as what I ordered. This was like the flavor was baked into the chicken and not just a sauce or flavor-enhancer that was poured over the chicken. What KFC has is great, but looking for more of an experience like this.

It was spicy but a good kind of spicy. Something about the cayenne kick that this flavor has was perfect.

Basically what I'm asking for is a new southern cuisine restaurant in Yakima. A place that exclusively serves chicken, wings, biscuits, mac n cheese and more. Here's hoping we can make that happen sometime soon. I want to experience this and want others to experience it, too.
