Yakima Valley Celebrates Incredible Personal Achievements
We ask a “Daily Question” every morning. They’re quirky and fun, meant to get the brain going, engage creativity, and spark conversation. But the question we asked the other day elicited responses that not only made me laugh, but genuinely made me smile, and a few damn near brought a tear to my eye with pride.
The Question That Was Asked Our Yakima Valley Audience
“We would like to congratulate you for something you’ve done. What is it?”
We received some comical answers from our Yakima peeps like “keeping the kids alive”, “didn’t flip off my co-workers”, “peopled today”.
We also got some good-natured responses like “I didn’t kill that spider”, “helped an elderly person get home”, “returned my cart to the cart return”, “made it to the meeting on time”.
Others have improved their lives and community by starting a business or getting a promotion at their job. Giving to charity and helping out shelters (human and animal).
