The Details of The Red Kettle Kick-Off Event

Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 6th, and get ready for a festive celebration kicking off at 5:15 p.m. at the State Fair Room (above the Yakima SunDome) at 1301 South Fair Ave. (enter gate 1 for parking).

Social hour begins at 5:15 pm with dinner (and tasty dessert) being served at 6 pm. Not only is this the kick-off to the busy holiday season filled with red kettles and bell ringers, but also to announce and feature the new home of the Salvation Army Yakima at 509 N. Fourth Street, and how it “will expand our mission to bring hope, dignity, and care to the Yakima Valley.
