Our goal is to introduce the region to surfing, providing an opportunity to access a sport once reserved for postcards and documentaries. Surfing has a way of broadening one’s horizons and sense of adventure and we hope to be the first stepping stone while, unmistakably, knowing you’re in Yakima.
You could fly to Hawaii and spend your vacation learning how to surf or you could take lessons at Barreled Surf Park and spend your time hitting the waves while on vacation. The creators need our help to show how excited the community is to support by writing a letter by June 7th, 2021
Could a legit water park FINALLY be coming to the Yakima Valley? According to one report, a surf park with man-made waves, could be coming at a location north of Moxee.
