Our next 10 Deeds in 10 Days' event isToday (Rocktober 7) at Moulin Brew. We will be hanging out there from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m., and we're washing whatever you've got for a ride -- as long as you make a donation.

It was a great day at the YWCA in Yakima. They were presented with a check worth $480,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle in partnership the two local banks, Yakima Federal Savings and Loan and Central Valley Bank. The event drew some very influential people all united behind the cause of rescuing women from abusive relationships.
