Top-ranked Gonzaga, Davidson and James Madison were among five teams that won their conference championships on Monday to clinch automatic bids for the 2013 NCAA tournament. Here's a recap of Monday's conference championships:

West Coast Conference Championship: Gonzaga 65 — St. Mary's 51

Kelly Olynyk scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and No. 1 Gonzaga beat Saint Mary's, 65-51, in the West Coast Conference tournament championship in Las Vegas on Monday night. The victory guaranteed Gonzaga (31-2) an NCAA bid, though the nation's top-ranked team was certain to receive one regardless of the outcome of Monday's game. The Zags will participate in their 14th straight NCAA tournament. St. Mary's leading scorer Matthew Dellavedova managed just two points. The Gaels (27-6) may receive an at-large NCAA bid.

Southern Conference Championship: Davidson 74 — Charleston 55

De'Mon Brooks scored 24 points, and Davidson beat the College of Charleston, 74-55, to win the Southern Conference tournament championship in Asheville, N.C. on Monday night. Brooks was selected the tournament MVP as Davidson (26-7) locked up an automatic NCAA tournament bid.

Colonial Athletic Conference Championship: James Madison 70 — Northeastern 57:

Rayshawn Goins scored 14 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, and James Madison beat Northeastern, 70-57, to win the Colonial Athletic Association tournament championship in Richmond, Va. on Monday night. The Dukes (20-14) will make their first NCAA tournament appearance since 1994 later this month.

Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship: Iona 60 — Manhattan 57

Tre Bowman scored 20 points, and Iona beat Manhattan, 60-57, to win the MAAC tournament championship in Springfield, Mass on Monday. Lamont Jones had 14 points and won tournament MVP honors for the Gaels (20-13), who will make a second consecutive trip to the NCAA tournament. Michael Alvarado scored 14 points for Manhattan (14-18).

Sun Belt Conference Championship: Western Kentucky 65 — Florida International 63

Western Kentucky's George Fant scored 17 points and snared 13 rebounds, and Western Kentucky beat Florida International, 65-63, in the Sun Belt Conference tournament championship game in Hot Springs, Ark. on Monday night. With the win, Western Kentucky (20-15) guaranteed its second straight NCAA tournament berth.
