Bale Breaker Brewing Company Announced ‘Golden Grit IPA’

Another in a long line of great beers released by our own Bale Breaker Brewing Company, Golden Grit IPA was announced as part of their three-part IPA series.

Golden Grit IPA is a 60 IBU and 6.6% ABV that gets its name from what it takes to survive in the desert.

Kevin Smith, Bale Breaker's brewmaster and co-owner, said in a press release:

“For four generations, our family has relied on true grit and perseverance to grow and harvest hops in this valley. Hop farming and brewing both take a delicate balance of artistry and hard work. That is was our inspiration for Golden Grit.”
