Caught on Film – Cop Intentionally Hits Skateboarder

If you're a skater and you wear your love for skateboarding on your sleeve, Richmond, Virginia is probably not the place to be.

The video is heavily edited so I'm not sure exactly what happened here before or afterwards but the video proof is that it looks like this cop intentionally hit this kid holding a skateboard, making the kid land up on the roof of the car.

Again, with the edit, there's a huge gap between the hit and the cop driving off so I'm not sure what all happened in between but, still, this cop hit this kid.
