It's the first day of Fall and the Yakima Health District has approved the opening of more agri-tourism like pumpkin patches, corn mazes and hay rides. That's good news for farms that rely on fall visits to help the bottom line like Thompson's Farm in Naches http://thompsonsfarm.com/.

All the requirements will be in place at the facilities like masks and social distancing and hand washing.
The governor on Monday approved the changes for counties in modified Phase 1 of the state's reopening plan. Along with the hand washing and masks groups are limited to five people from different households.
