In one of the more clever and successful corporate promotions tying in with professional sports, the Taco Bell restaurant chain again rolled out their "Steal a Base, Steal a Taco" campaign to run throughout the 2020 World Series.

In the Los Angeles Dodgers game one 8-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays last night (Oct.20), any suspense was ended early when LA's All-Star outfielder Mookie Betts swiped second base in the bottom of the 5th inning.

While the chances of there being at least one stolen base during an entire 4-7 games are pretty high, later in the game, the Dodgers executed a DOUBLE steal which made me wonder if Taco Bell would give away TWO tacos. Ah, no matter.

On Wednesday, October 28th, simply go to a participating Taco Bell store and ask for your FREE Doritos Locos Taco!

An interesting curiosity: Teams that have provided the "Taco Hero" are 6-2 in the Fall Classic!

Yakima has five Taco Bell stores. Curious as to where?
