How Yakima’s Gang Reduction Intervention Helps Youths [INTERVIEW]

Last week 94.5 KATS had the pleasure of having Joe Willis from Yakima PAL (Police Athletic League) come into the studio and talk with us about the effort known as the Gang Reduction Intervention Task Force. Their aim is to help get the youths of Yakima off the street and give them a direction and skills to use in their future. The state-funded group works with the Yakima School District, city of Yakima, Educational Service District 105 and others to help youths and families in our communities.
