I have been doing a lot of roadtrips this fall with the kids, which I take as time to complete their musical education.

Having a good music program in schools that cover music in a way I find enriching is few and far between these days, in my opinion. I'll be damned if my kids are not going to know who The Rolling Stones, Otis Redding, Willie Nelson, as well as Pantera, Temple Of The Dog, and others close to my own heart.

It isn't just about what I love though, there is something to be said about passing on good taste in music.
