Remember The Bookmobile? It’s Back At Yakima Parks This Year
Do you remember the Bookmobile? It was such a treat for millions of kids who grew up in the 50's, 60's and 70's to see the bookmobile arrive. Today a lot of kids never read books because they spend time on the internet or gaming.
YOU AND YOUR KIDS MIGHT LOVE A NICE HEAVY BOOK IN YOUR HANDS
But some are rediscovering reading and the feel of a heavy book in their hands. This is the year you can rediscover reading and the bookmobile with your kids. That's because Yakima Valley Libraries will bring its service to several City of Yakima parks this spring with bookmobile visits. According to a news release the bookmobile will be making visits this month as well as in April and May.
