Holy Wowza! Kennewick Police were called out to a disturbance just after 1 pm on Tuesday to a reported assault in progress at an auto repair shop Tuesday. Upon arrival, the 20-year old suspect had already fled the business, not paying for his repair.

20-year old Luisantos Mondragon-Bustos fled the location of USA Brake and Auto Repair on Clearwater Avenue. Before Mondragon-Bustos fled, he allegedly punched the owner several times, after refusing to pay for the service performed. The owner had asked Mondragon-Bustos to leave and he refused. When the owner attempted to physically remove him, the suspect then attacked the owner.

The suspect took his vehicle keys and attempted to leave the location. He drove his vehicle into another customer's parked vehicle, before getting away.

Police found Mondragon-Bustos soon after in the 1100 block of West 10th Avenue and took him into custody.

The owner of USA Brake and Auto Repair was taken to the hospital for his injuries.

And, Mondragon-Bustos was booked for Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Hit and Run.

What a day.
