Naked Man in Yakima Arrested in Daylight

I didn't even know we were supposed to have a full moon today.

This is one of the reasons I love living in the Yakima Valley - you never know what you're going to find! Earlier today, my friend sent me this picture of an arrest being made to someone who was caught with his pants down - literally!

I'm not sure what's happening in this picture or why he was arrested (other than public indecency) but I'm sure it turned a few heads on what looks like the corner of 1st and Washington.
