Rashaad Penny hasn't had many chances to shine this year. He's been the Seahawks backup RB behind Cris Carson. Penny got 103 more yards than Carson in a career game. He nearly doubled his season totals with 129 yards on the day. He averaged 9.2 yards per carry. As Penny looks to get more looks as the season starts winding down, we gotta know his secret? What's his Michael's Secret Stuff? Apparently, it's what he's not drinking or eating.

Penny told reporters in his post-game presser the key to his monster game was not eating at McDonald's. Clearly this guy has more self-control than I do. I don't think I could stay away from Big Macs all year. I wonder if that's the cause behind my pants shrinking?
