Earlier this week, I spent the day at the Seahawks beautiful training facility in Redmond and had the chance to ask some of the players about the process of getting ready for their first game of the preseason.

Linebacker K.J. Wright and former Washington Husky wide receiver Kasen Williams gave us their perspective heading into this Saturday's game in Kansas City against the Chiefs.
Williams also discussed how his workouts with quarterback Russell Wilson are progressing and how many snaps he is expecting to get this weekend. I asked K.J. if there was a difference in preparation going into a game that doesn't count and how the linebacking corps is fleshing out in light of the loss of some contributors from last year's group, a la Bruce Irvin.
