On a perfect night for a ride, Central Washington Bike Nights descended on Van's 1885 Bar & Grill for burgers, beers and some brother (and sister) hood.
I have never really been a pack rat or a hoarder. But I most recently moved, and when I went through everything, I couldn't believe the stuff I had kept. I threw most of it away. But I had a pair of Harley-Davidson boots that I have had since 1993. I bought them at Green River Harley-Davidson in Green River, Wyo.
Eight weeks of Yakima Bike Nights all came down to this: one last ride to Jack-Son's Sports Bar and Clubhouse Lounge.

We have had wind in our faces and fun all summer, but it is time to roll one last time for our final Bike Nights. It has been a complete blast with a ton of bikers, great food, good drinks and some excellent company. Tonight (June 28) we will see who is going to win our awesome grand prize to the legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip with the full week of camping and all of the concerts that they offer a
For the first time in 54 years, the American flag is flying over Cuba. Officials at the recently reopened American Embassy in Havana raised it Friday.
So now that we're restoring normal relations with them, Cuba is kind of our friends again, I guess...
Bike Nights are back for another run, and Wednesday's (Aug. 5) part at Hoops Sports Bar & Grill was a great way to kickstart the next four weeks of fun. (See photos above.)
