Timmy’s Yard Sale Treasures!

With Yakima's Biggest Yard Sale coming up this week (Saturday, May 12) at the  Perry Technical Institute parking lot, I decided to take a look back at some of my favorite treasures that I've found over the years during my yard sale junkie pursuits. (Pay no attention to the messy garage).

I'm not saying you'll find these exact items at Yakima's Biggest Yard Sale, but with 90 booths lined up this year, you never know what treasures you'll uncover!

Gates open at 8 a.m. at Perry Tech, 2011 W. Washington Ave. (across from the Yakima airport), for the annual event that's presented by Townsquare Media and Yakima's Salvation Army Thrift Store and benefits Northwest Harvest's local food warehouse. Admission is $3 -- or $2 if you bring a can of food to donate.
