If you haven't quite heard the term "Holographic Video", you soon will, all thanks to Batman!
Quite possibly the new "experience" of the future instead of movies, games, or even virtual reality. Warner Bros., DC Entertainment, and cloud graphics firm Otoy are working on a new kind of way to immerse yourself into a virtual world.

Stanford University Workshop on Light Field Imaging & Otoy will use holographic light field rendering technology to bring us the Batcave from the classic Batman: The Animated Series from the 1990's and allow you to explore it from every angle.

I wonder if it will have the giant coin or t-rex that is in the cave? Only time will tell. The neatest part for me, being a Batman nerd... producer Bruce Timm, writer Paul Dini, & voice actor Kevin Conroy all took part in creating this work of virtual evaporative art.
