WATCH: ‘Alien’, a High School Play — Sigourney Weaver in Attendance [VIDEO]

North Bergen High School in New Jersey hosted a stage play based on the 1979 sci-fi hit movie Alien (as we mentioned in March). Many were in attendance including Alien's own Sigourney Weaver unbeknownst to the cast members. If you're that curious about the production and how close it resembles the classic film, someone filmed the entire play from the audience.

It runs just about an hour and a half. We can thank ButtonMasher for filming this. The video is literally some dude in the audience holding up his phone to record everything so you're getting the real-time 'some dude' perspective.

It was a truly special moment for the students of this play when Sigourney Weaver surprised them backstage.
