Bundle Up Yakima, This Weekend Will Be A Cold One
Central Washington is one of the best places to live weather-wise. We get all four seasons, and once in a while, it seems like we get all four of them IN ONE DAY! That day is coming up this weekend. What is in store for the Yakima Valley in regard to weather? We have the breakdown below.
So far, Summer has been pretty nice. We’ve only had one day in the triple digits, and that was earlier this month. It is hard to think that in such a short span, we went from 103 to the low 30s and that it is still Summer.
I was getting used to sleeping with my window open, enjoying shorts, and even camping without a tent. I won’t be able to do that this weekend.
Several weather sites are calling for lows in the mid-30s in certain areas in the Yakima Valley and a high in the mid-40s. Yikes! Time to unpack the long pants!
