If you post naked pictures of your ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend, you could be well on your way to extortion charges. It's even worse when you secretly video yourself in a sex act with them and then post the images on Facebook.

Just ask Jose Oliva Jr., 29.

According to a report in the Tri-City Herald, the Franklin County man wound up in the Benton County jail on suspicion of first-degree extortion after the Tri-City Regional SWAT Team arrested him at his Eltopia home.

Police say after Oliva posted the images on his former girlfriend's Facebook page, he changed her password and demanded she pay him money to take them down. He also hacked several other of her social-media accounts and uploaded more images to them, the Herald reports.

Franklin County sheriff's deputies say Oliva has a long history of getting into trouble, including with drugs.

Since he's facing a felony case, he could be going to prison for a while.

If so, let's hope he doesn't have access to a computer! What an idiot!
