According to news reports, over the weekend Florida authorities arrested a 13-year-old Tennessee boy and charged him with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He stabbed his older brother in the arm, three times with a knife in retaliation from the bigger brother's teasing.

During questioning, the younger brother said that he understood his rights and that he didn't regret it. "I'd rather be in jail than eight hours in the car with him."

Word to the wise older brothers, quit the teasing because some of us little twerps may go loco!
