What to do when you and your entire family are quarantined for 14 days after coming into contact with the coronavirus? You build yourself a gingerbread house, that's what you do!
BLAMMO!

After being shuttered for two weeks in our home, we were REALLY running out of things to occupy our time.
When my wife was finally allowed to go back out after following the covid protocols, she had to hit the grocery as we were running out of provisions and staples.

When she came home, we found a gingerbread house kit in the bag. My 15-year-old son, bored out of his skull, tore into it.

It turned out pretty good, don't you think!
