Football fans in Yakima converged upon Jack-son's Sports Bar and Clubhouse Lounge on Sunday afternoon for the annual 94.5 KATS-FM Super Bowl tailgate viewing party.

The commercials were so-so, Justin Timberlake's halftime performance lacked luster but the beer was cold and the game MORE than made up for those shortcomings.

The house was decidedly pro Philadelphia (read: anti New England) but the teams put on a back-and-forth, nail-biting show that went down to the final play before the Eagles secured their world championship by defeating the New England Patriots, 41-33.

Bale Breaker and Cowiche Creek Brewing companies were on hand with plenty of swag to give away as well as great specials on their brands of craft beer.

T.J. and Linda Davis won the grand prize following the game - a pair of reserved seats to the April 7th Shinedown/In This Moment concert at the Yakima Valley SunDomw.
