Man Sends Chocolate Penis to Sheriff’s Department Worker

New definition to the term "Candy Gram" comes courtesy of Thomas Roy Gourneau, 43 years old, who is now facing jail time for sending an edible chocolate penis to McLennan County Sheriff's Office (Texas) worker Tracy Chance. Originally meant to be a romantic prank between rivals, the stunt has quickly erected into a full blown harassment case with Thomas facing up to six months in jail and a $2,000 fine. A spokesperson for the district attorney's office has commented how this isn't the first time that Gourneau has harassed Chance and has a "long history of improper communication with the victim."
