A good friend of mine who works the night shift at a hospital here in Yakima posted this pic on her Facebook timeline.
I asked her if this was a local person and she said the victim photographed is from parts unknown but was shared in a Facebook group of E.R. nurses.

Maybe he should have gotten a tattoo that said 'Lotto Winner'.
