Milestone for a Selah Business — Free Lunch for You! [PHOTOS]

It's tough to succeed in business these days. It takes hard work, consistency, some luck and persistence. It also requires you to show appreciation to your customers for their business.

Brian Harris has plenty of reasons to be thankful -- for his auto dealership, for his life, his health and the fact that he has been recognized as one of the region's very best in the auto industry. So he's throwing a pretty big party to say thanks to all of the Yakima Valley.

The experts say it's always more expensive for a company to attract new business than it is to keep current business, so when you have a 30-year track record of success, there's plenty of appreciation to show!  And they are ... in Selah this weekend.

The Brian Harris Used Cars celebration is on now through Sunday, and the party includes free eats, prizes and a dunk tank. Harris and the other salespeople take a precarious seat over the water every time they sell a car -- and Harris was already pretty soaked by midday Friday!

Here's the schedule for the rest of the celebration:

• Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. -- Free food from 10-8
• Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. --  Free food from 10-5
• Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. --  Free food from 10-5

In addition to hot dogs and burgers, the dealership is giving away a prize every 15 minutes, including eight 50-inch television sets!
