This Naches Coffee Shop Has an Epic Chicken Caesar Wrap

I might have just eaten the best Chicken Caesar wrap of my life, and it came from a place I wasn't expecting: a little bank-turned-coffee shop in my hometown of Naches, Washington!

If you've read any of my Timmy Tries articles, you know I usually write about junk food and drinks, but every once in a while, I'll dabble into something a little more healthier. Believe it or not, I'm a huge salad fan, and when one blows me away, I like to share it with the world (like I did with this one I enjoyed at a Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que in Union Gap).

Welcome To Cot's Peak Coffee Co. In Naches, WA

My brother and I accompanied my dad up to Cot's Peak for a quick drink and to listen to the music duo 'Guy & Bry', who were playing beautiful music on guitar and keyboard.

As long as I can remember, the building located at 22 E. 2nd Street was a home for numerous banks up until 2023, when it was renovated into a coffee shop and gathering place in the heart of Naches. (Note: it's really cute and impressive what they did to the former bank's vault, turning it into a little gift shop).

I got my drink, but was also hungry; looking at their menu of different types of sandwiches, I saw the Chicken Caesar Wrap; it sounded good… and it was!

In other wraps I've had, the sauce has been mixed with lettuce, making a weird paste, or the shell wrap gets too soggy and just becomes a mess.

This one had everything in the perfect proportions: lettuce, grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in a spinach tortilla; it was fantastic.

Fingers crossed it is just as spectacular the next time I go back, or if it was a cosmic one-time gift of awesomeness from Caesar. Update to come.
