Pier 1 Imports is Closing over 400 Stores Nationwide – Yakima Unconfirmed

Pier 1 Imports has 942 stores across the United States and even into Canada. It was announced they're planning on closing about half of those stores. Is Yakima safe?

Unfortunately, at this time, they haven't released a list of which stores have been confirmed or not so Yakima is safe for now.

The good news for this company is they're keeping about half of them open to Yakima has a great chance to stay open. Often times when stores close nationwide, it's often times in much larger cities. Much like when Radio Shack announced almost all of their stores closed, Yakima remained to the very end.
