Pothole Celebrates Third Birthday!

While America was turning 243 years old, a Kansas City, Mo., man decided to celebrate a nearby pothole's third birthday by making a cake and letting all of social media share in the celebration!

Frank Sereno is fed up with his city's inactivity and has decided to do something a little different to get the point across. Looks like the social media joke worked! Kansas City Public Works Department spokesperson Maggie Green commented in a report that the three-year-old pothole that Sereno has complained about is on the list to be fixed. She also said that 15,000 potholes have been reported, and so far roughly 10,000 have been fixed.
