Shopping While High Could Cost Yakima Shoppers More

How many people are getting high while you’re going out shopping? Either leaving the house already good to go, or hot-boxing in the parking lot before grabbing a cart and imagining they’re using the biggest baby stroller in existence. Thanks to a new study, we now know it’s more than you realize, and we’ll break it down below.

Shopping With The Giggles In Yakima

Yesterday, my wife and I went to run our errands, which included shopping in Union Gap and Yakima. Costco, WinCo, and because we forgot some stuff, we hit up Safeway on our way home. All in all, it wasn’t the most pleasant experience.

People stopping in the aisles, people walking and clipping the edges. My wife got exhasperated and was sarcastically asking if she was invisible!? I pointed out how people are just more preoccupied with their own lives and not paying attention. Then I read the survey from CardRates.com.

The survey was done on the results of shopping while high. I never even considered these people who were being a pain in the grocery aisle but not being clear-headed while shopping. That makes a lot of sense now that you think of it, especially with the large crowd of people around the Pizza Roll sample lady at Costco.

The Surveyed Rolling Papers Say…

Me being a fat guy, I already know the strain on my wallet when I go shopping when I’m hungry, so I can only imagine shopping while on something with your mind not in the clearest of states and having the munchies! That could be devastating!

Apparently, out of the survey takers, 4 in 10 cannabis users have experienced buyer's remorse, and it wasn’t just a one-time thing.

The survey results also showed that Gen Z was filled with the most regret, citing 63% compared to less than 50% of millennials and a quarter of Gen X, and only 16% of Boomers.

I guess when you plan on partaking in cannabis, you might want to do your shopping first, and then hide your phone apps and credit cards; a little purchase here and there can add up big time.
