The World's Best Pancakes Can Be Found Right Here in Washington

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about the best ranch dressing being born right here in Yakima, WA. I was stunned at the response it got from people who have grown-up with Uncle's Dan's! Recently, I was alerted to the most fabulous-tasting pancakes I've ever had and the recipe originated right here in Washington at the Snoqualmie Falls Lodge!
