I wrote a story mid last month about how comics (comic books) have dominated my life & hurt my wallet. They really have, but they've actually helped me focus and give me an outlet through out the past year and the pandemic. I've loved them ever since I started collecting back in 1994 (at least that's when my collecting turned into a regular occurrence). Well after I told that tale of comic obsession, my buddy Joshua Hammock called me up and said "Dude, you want some more comics? I got a long box full that I need to find a new home for. You can just have them!" Well, I think that was the first time I ever got "Nerd Wood" from a phone call about a book!

As I was going through the box, some fun ones popped out at me, and some really weird ones too. I thought I'd share with you some of the books that made me say out loud "What the F***!" I was surprised at how many I actually owned already from back in the day. But then there were some others that just blew me away! So to Here we go!

Mr. T & The T-Force - Published by NOW Comics back in 1993. It ran for about 15 issues, but stopped when the publisher went out of business.

WCW: World Championship Wrestling - Just think, Vader is a Marvel Comics Super Hero! I don't think he'd last in the ring with Spider-Man. This series started in 1992 & ran for 12 issues ending in '93.

Ball And Chain - Promoted as "Comic's First Super-Powered Romantic Comedy", this was published by Homage Comics (Wildstorm) in 1999, and looks to be getting a movie adaptation soon.

Venom: The Enemy Within - Venom is super hot right now. I'm including this Marvel comic because I remember buying it from the grocery store back in 2013. Cool thing about this cover, it glows in the dark!

Supergirl #1,000,000 - DC comics released some comics with the "One Million" theme, where heroes were re-imagined for 853rd century. This is the take for Supergirl. I didn't read it when it was originally published back in 1996, and I don't think I'll read it now in 2021, nor will I in the 823rd century.
