Yakima's arcade bar is a great place hang out with friends and co-workers to grab a bite and an adult beverage. They have previously had family hours from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Sundays, which will continue, but they're now offering family hours through the week, too.

Growing up in Yakima we had some fantastic arcades like Jolly Joker, Mean Machine, Videodrome and even Par Video which also featured a 9-hole mini-golf course. Now that we have Xboxes and Playstation systems that looks so much better than we had in the arcade, many arcades have become a lost relic but we have Drink'n Games on Yakima avenue which features classic games, pinball and you can have a beer or video game-themed cocktail while playing them.

Starting Wednesday, kids, teens and toddlers can join the adults weekdays from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Just another way to expand and reach out to the youth of Yakima and what a more fun way than to have access to a pretty fun arcade. It's a throwback for me and today's youth can experience a little of what it was like for us back in our day -- only without the clouds of cigarette smoke.

They can order off the menu, too. Items like the quesadilla shaped like Pac-Man (don't worry, the extra triangle is underneath it) and kids can even order mocktails to enjoy.
