Yakima's Own Joe Parsons Wins Two Medals At X-Games In Aspen

I grew up in the snow. Ten-foot drifts in Wyoming seemed like no big deal when I was growing up. Now that I live in Yakima, I guess it was a big deal. The snow here really isn't too much. I learned to snowmobile with the best of them, but I could never do what our Joe Parsons can. The kid is amazing. He has just taken two medals in the 2017 Winter X-Games in Aspen, Colo.

Parsons has 21 X-Games starts. In the second video below, you will see him winning the medal. He was in second place when he did the snowmobile freestyle move.

He is a hero for going after his dreams and so is his father for helping him achieve them. Check this video out from 2017 X-Games!
