There's nothing like eating awesome food and helping raise money for a great cause with super-fun people, right? Next Saturday (Jan. 25) at the Sozo Sports Complex, you could be a part of it all. Last time I checked there were only about 30 tickets left to this year's Claws for Paws fundraiser for the Yakima Humane Society.

Have you ever been to a crab feed before?

Then the Humane Society's 2020 Claws for Paws Crab Feed, brought to you by Akland Pump and Irrigation, might be a good one to try. Last year I helped host and was able to secure a table for 107.3 KFFM listeners. And guess what? The same thing is happening again this year :) Want to sit with me and Mama? The only restriction: the event is for the 21-and-over crowd. Sorry kids, we will have fun kid stuff coming up as well.

I've got three pairs of tickets to hand out, so if this sounds like something you'd be interested in MESSAGE me via the app and I will pick my first winner Monday (Jan. 20) at 3:25 p.m. Extra entries if you include your pet.

We adopted this handsome fella a few years ago from the Yakima Humane Society. I would like you to meet Gary Bishop Johnson ...

Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:25 p.m. I will choose callers on-air. All I ask is that you come ready to eat some awesome food, and if you're able to bring a bit of cash, there are fun games to play, auction items and even a dessert envelope at the table. This is what we were able to secure last year with our table's funds. The money raised is all going back to the Humane Society. Each ticket costs $50.

Grab your friends and secure yourself a table before it's all sold out or attempt to win the last pairs via the app and on-air with myself.

Below is some of the fun we will be getting into;

Steve Zein from Aladin Limos is providing a designated driver shuttle from the event at 8, 9 and 10 p.m. Those who have had a little too much can catch a ride home and leave their cars. 😊

If there is leftover crab you can purchase a gallon zip bag of it for only $15.

Special thanks to Pro Golf Discount, SKC Consulting and Pacific Power as well for helping. I am SO ready to break records like we did last year.

Are you ready to feast for a good cause?
