Frustrating Gaming Moment #10 – Killed By The First Goomba In Super Mario Bros.

Admit it, this has happened to you at least once.

You start playing Super Mario Bros. You're really excited to see if you can improve your speed-run time or you just feel like playing for fun. Maybe you're showing off in front of your friends. After a quick title screen, you're off on your quest, only to have it cut short by a simple, badly-timed jump over the first goomba who takes your first life.

What do you do after this? As for us - we shut the game off in a fit of rage and never speak of it ever again. If you plunked 25 cents into an arcade machine, you simply turn around and walk away. If the first goomba takes your life, it may be time for a gaming demotion. Go back, play something simple to get your skills back up to par and give it another shot.
