‘Mr. Balls’ is Mascot for Testicular Cancer in Brazil

It may sound like I'm nuts, but there is actually a mascot for testicular cancer.

A cancer foundation in Brazil (A.A.P.E.C.) made the ballsy move by having a plush nutsack - complete with eyes, nose, mouth and pubic hair - to help bring awareness to early detection and treatment.

His name is Senhor Testiculo, or, Mr. Testicle.

Mr. "Balls" is described by the organization as a "friendly snowman in the shape of testicles."

Mr. Balls makes his rounds reminding guys to not let testicular cancer go undetected, which is an even bigger nightmare than this giant but friendly scrotum.
