I hated this kid growing up. As I have gotten older, I have realized that I actually hate the parents that would allow this kind of behavior from their child to ever happen. Besides the fact that the parents are nowhere to be found as this little badass runs around freely, spitting on adults trying to resolve the situation, but obviously they haven't disciplined him to know any better than to act
