It looks like China didn't care much for Osama Bin Laden, either. I'm not sure who whipped up this video or even if it was televised, but I'd be on the floor pissing myself if they showed this on TV in America. It comes from NMA.tv which is a website that takes news stories like this and animates them. This version of the video is in English which explains the kind of choppy dialogue.
