KIMATV.com is reporting that police in Kennewick were called out to the 1200 block of West Entiat Avenue last Friday to investigate a report that a man was chopping up an animal. When they arrived at the scene, they found a man covered in his own blood after cutting off his testicles with a pocket knife and wrapping them in newspaper.

The man was detoxifying from alcohol and was confused. The genitals were salvaged and given to medics who transported the man to a hospital.
