Magic 8-Ball’s Football Pick ‘Em

With the KATS 2018 Pro Football Pick 'Em contest underway, brought to you by Yakima Steak Co., Todd  and I have a little bet to see who will do better... his knowledge of football, stats, teams, history, or my use of the dark arts... i.e. a Magic 8 Ball. Now I will admit, I was late and was not able to get the first game decided before it was played, so live on air, even after knowing that Philadelphia won over Atlanta, I asked the Magic 8 Ball live on air, who would win ... it chose Atlanta. So even though I'm one game off, Todd's knowledge beat out the sorcerer's selection this time.

Now anyone who has ever had the mystical orb of decision in their hands knows that it's pretty much 20 different variations of yes, no or ask later. How I tapped the knowledge of the gods was pretty easy ... I asked if the home team would win. And the response was how I chose using the Magic 8 Ball. Here are my picks for Week 1. We will compare to see who has a better track record, Me and my warlock wizardry or Todd & his pigskin proficiency.
