Is Yakima Prepared To Sprite & Chill?

Last week when, I wrote my Timmy Tries review article on the new Dr. Pepper 'Blackberry' soda, that was not the only new type of soft drink that I purchased to try.

Also placed into my cart on that fateful grocery shopping day was a new case of Sprite.

Truth be told, I was actually at the Yakima store for the purpose of buying Sprite, because I've been recovering from that cold bug going around, and when I'm sick, Sprite is the drink I enjoy the most.

It's crisp, clear, and refreshing.

I've stated many times that Dr. Pepper is my favorite soda, and Sprite is right up there, so when I saw this flavor, I had never seen it before; whether it's new to everyone or not, it's new to me!

I've not been paid to review this soda, and any opinion for OR against this flavor of soft drink or any soft drink is my own opinion.

Now that the legal part is out of the way, it's time to crack a cold one and Sprite & Chill!

Taste Test Review of Sprite Chill

Not gonna lie; I didn't realize it was cherry flavored when I bought it; I just saw Sprite and Chill and thought, 'cool new pop!'

Once I realized it was Cherry Lime flavored, I was intrigued, I popped the top and gave it a smell, I smelled cherry, it smelled good, I gave it a taste.

This is the BEST tasting cherry soda I have ever had. Forget Cherry Coke or Cherry Pepsi, or even Mtn Dew Code Red (I think that's cherry flavor-ish); the combination of Cherry and Lime was amazing!

And I like how they gave it a name instead of just a fruit label. I am impressed!

2nd Opinion Taste Test of Sprite Chill!

My good buddy and co-worker who has helped me many times before tasting random stuff, John Riggs, was excited to try this, as he had heard of it and was on the lookout.

"This is great! You wouldn't think cherry and lime would go this good together, I guess; I mean, you never hear about it, but this is fantastic!"

He was surprised by the name; like why not just add the flavor instead of giving a name? We have guesses, but only their marketing team knows for sure.
